Is there a Windows version?
Not yet. Windows is coming soon; you can use AI Chat on the web meanwhile.
Does my code leave my Mac?
The app works with files on your Mac. Prompts and relevant file contents are sent to AI models to complete your task. Chat history syncs to your account when you're signed in.
What does it cost?
The app is free. Fast models such as GLM 5.3 Flash and GPT-6 Luna are included without limits. Premium models such as Claude, GPT-6 Astra and Kimi spend Theos, and every account gets up to 200 Theos a day. DeepAI Pro adds 200 more.
Is it really free?
Yes. DeepAI Code is supported by ads, which let us offer generous free usage across many models, including frontier and state-of-the-art ones.
What are Theos?
Theos are your daily allowance for the premium models. A model spends them per minute of active session time at the rate shown next to its name. Your balance refreshes 24 hours after it was last granted; unused Theos don't carry over.
