In this letter, we propose a novel construction of type-II Z-complementary code set (ZCCS) having arbitrary sequence length. The proposed construction features type-II (K,K,NP-P+1,NP)-ZCCS using (K,K,N) complete complementary code (CCC) set and Kronecker product. In this construction, for the first time, Barker sequences are used to reduce row sequence peak-to-mean envelope power ratio (PMEPR) for some specific lengths and column sequence PMEPR for all length and some specific code sizes. We derived that the column sequence PMEPR of type-II ZCCS, which is upper bounded by a number smaller than 2, is lower than the bounds reported in existing literature for a code. The proposed construction also contributes some new lengths of type-II ZCPs, which are not reported before in literature. Moreover, the PMEPR of the obtained type-II ZCP is also lower than the some of existing work.
