Shujaat Khan
Shujaat Khan received his B.E. (Electronic Engineering) in 2011 from Iqra University Pakistan. He did his M.S. (Electronic Engineering) in 2015 from College of Engineering, PAF-KIET, Pakistan. In 2012 he joined the faculty of engineering science and technology at Iqra University, where he is currently a lecturer. He was also a Researcher at the Synergistic Bioinformatics (SynBi), and Bio Imaging. Signal Processing Learning (BISPL) Labs of Bio and Brain Engineering Department at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, Republic of Korea. where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. He has authored several publications in top journals including Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging, ACM/IEEE Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, IEEE Transactions on Ultrasonics Ferroelectrics and Frequency Control etc. He is also a reviewer of IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging, IEEE Access, and Neural Computing and Applications - Springer, Ultrasonics - Journal - Elsevier. His research interests include machine learning, optimization, inverse problems, and signal processing with a special emphasis on biomedical and bioinformatics applications.
